Founder, CEO, & Mentor of Pelvic Connections, PT, DPT, PRPC
Dr. Jacquelyn Jaronczyk, PT, DPT, PRPC, is the founder, CEO, and mentoring clinician of Pelvic Connections Therapy.
Driven by a passion for raising the standard of pelvic health care, Dr. Jackie now dedicates much of her time to mentoring and developing the Pelvic Connections clinical team, ensuring patients receive thoughtful, evidence-informed, whole-body care across every location. Through ongoing mentorship, case collaboration, continuing education, and clinical leadership, she challenges her team to continually grow their skills and provide exceptional patient experiences.
Dr. Jackie earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Dominican University and her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Hofstra University, graduating magna cum laude with honors.
She completed extensive specialty training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and is a Certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner (PRPC). She remains actively involved in advancing the profession as a teaching assistant for Herman & Wallace, helping educate clinicians nationwide while staying connected to the latest research and evidence in pelvic health.
In addition to her expertise in pelvic rehabilitation, Dr. Jackie brings a unique background in strength and conditioning from her years as a personal trainer, as well as emergency medical experience from her time as an EMT. These experiences continue to shape her whole-person approach to movement, health, and rehabilitation.
As the founder of Pelvic Connections, her mission is to create a practice where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered, while cultivating a team of clinicians committed to lifelong learning, collaboration, and clinical excellence.
Outside of work, Jackie enjoys snowboarding, hiking, swimming, listening to music, baking, thrifting, creating photo collages, and spending time with her fiancé, family, friends, and beloved pets—Milky Way, Beau, and Sully.
Che Henderson
Client Care Coordinator
Che Henderson is the Client Care Coordinator for Pelvic Connections Therapy & Wellness of Long Island.
As one of the first people you'll meet when reaching out to our practice, Che is dedicated to making every client feel welcomed, supported, and cared for from the very beginning. Whether she's helping you schedule appointments, answering questions, or simply offering a warm cup of tea, she strives to create an experience that feels comfortable, personal, and stress-free.
Known for her calm presence, professionalism, and positive energy, Che understands that seeking pelvic health care can feel vulnerable. She takes pride in helping clients navigate the process with confidence while ensuring they feel heard and valued every step of the way.
At Pelvic Connections, we believe exceptional care begins long before a treatment session starts, and Che plays an important role in creating the welcoming environment our clients know and love.
Outside of the clinic, Che enjoys spending time with family and friends, getting lost in a good book, and finding opportunities to slow down and enjoy life's simple moments.
