You deserve to feel supported, informed, and confident as you prepare for birth and parenthood. We’re here to help you navigate pregnancy with clarity and trust in your body’s ability to adapt and grow.

No matter where you are in your journey, we guide you through each stage with care that evolves alongside you. Pregnancy is constantly changing, and your support should be too. That’s why we design personalized, flexible plans tailored to your needs every step of the way.

Consider us part of your pregnancy team—supporting your strength, comfort, and preparation, while providing expert insight whenever questions come up.

As your baby grows, your body adapts in incredible ways—especially within the pelvis, where space and support are constantly shifting. Throughout pregnancy and leading into delivery, your pelvic floor and surrounding tissues go through meaningful changes.

Our role is to help you understand what’s happening in your body and feel prepared for the birth experience ahead.

In our sessions, we’ll guide you through effective pushing strategies for vaginal delivery, perineal massage techniques, supportive birth positions, partner involvement strategies, and key considerations for C-sections—so you can approach birth with confidence.

We also incorporate hands-on bodywork to keep you feeling balanced and comfortable, easing tension and supporting your body as it prepares for delivery.

Your Pregnancy Care Journey
with Pelvic Connections

  • WHEN: The earliest possible! We encourage pregnant individuals to start attending pelvic floor therapy in the first trimester.

    WHAT TO EXPECT:
We start by getting to know your body and your goals for pregnancy and birth. This phase focuses on assessment, addressing any early discomfort, and helping you feel grounded and supported as your body begins to change. We also will assess your ability to connect with your body, especially your pelvic floor!

  • WHEN: As your pregnancy progresses

    WHAT TO EXPECT:
As your body adapts and your baby grows, we help you stay comfortable, mobile, and strong. Sessions often include hands-on bodywork, movement strategies, and guidance to ease common aches while supporting your body’s natural changes.

  • WHEN: As you move closer to delivery

    WHAT TO EXPECT:
This phase focuses on helping your body (and mind) feel ready for birth. We practice pushing strategies, explore birth positions that support pelvic floor relaxation, discuss perineal preparation, and address any challenges that arise as the big day approaches. During this phase, we invite your birth partner in to learn hands-on labor support strategies.
