  • At Pelvic Connections, we specialize in the evaluation and treatment of complex pain conditions and remain committed to staying current with the latest research to provide evidence-informed care. While we are equipped to evaluate and treat a wide variety of orthopedic, pelvic, and chronic pain presentations, pelvic pain is one of our areas of specialty.

We don't believe in simply chasing symptoms, we believe in finding the why. Through detailed assessment, advanced differential diagnosis, and a whole-body approach, we work to identify not only the tissue, structure, or system contributing to your pain, but also the underlying factors that may have led to it in the first place. Understanding the true drivers of your symptoms allows us to create a personalized treatment plan designed for lasting results, not temporary relief.

Our clinicians commonly work with individuals experiencing pudendal neuralgia, coccydynia (tailbone pain), vulvodynia, vestibulodynia, clitorodynia, testicular pain, penile pain, SI joint dysfunction, pubic symphysis dysfunction or separation, low back pain, hip pain, pelvic girdle pain, pregnancy-related pain, postpartum pain, and persistent pain conditions that have not responded to previous treatment approaches.

Whether you've been told your imaging is "normal," you've seen multiple providers without answers, or you've been living with symptoms for years, our goal is to provide clarity, a plan, and a path forward. You deserve to understand your body, feel heard, and know that healing is possible. We are here to help you move from frustration and uncertainty toward confidence, resilience, and recovery.

  • We work with people of all genders using a whole body approach to find the source of your pelvic floor dysfunction. Whether it's pelvic or abdominal pain, urinary or bowel dysfunction, we are the clinical experts of the pelvic floor with advanced training to help you overcome even the most challenging pelvic floor issues.

  • As you take care of others, let us help take care of you. In addition to the basics, we assess for diastasis recti, levator ani avulsions, pelvic organ prolapse, cesarean and perineal scarring, pelvic floor muscle dysfunction, core recovery, return to running and sport, and more.

Show up for your growing family by returning to an even stronger, more resilient version of yourself.

We are also a trauma-informed practice. If your postpartum journey includes pregnancy loss, stillbirth, infant loss, or a difficult birth experience, please know that your story matters here too. We provide compassionate, individualized care to support your healing and recovery.

  • We know that asking for help can be difficult. It shouldn't be equally difficult to find a healthcare provider who makes you feel safe, respected, and understood.

At Pelvic Connections, we proudly provide gender-affirming pelvic health care for transgender, non-binary, and gender-diverse individuals. Our team is committed to creating an inclusive environment where your goals, identity, and lived experiences are respected.

We commonly help individuals experiencing pelvic pain, urinary and bowel concerns, sexual dysfunction, post-operative recovery, scar tissue restrictions, binding and/or tucking concerns, and symptoms related to hormone therapy or gender-affirming procedures. Through personalized, evidence-informed care, we'll help you better understand your body and create a plan that supports your health, comfort, and quality of life.

You deserve healthcare that sees the whole person—not just a diagnosis.

  • At Pelvic Connections, we specialize in men's pelvic health. While many providers receive little formal training in this area, our team is dedicated to staying at the forefront of men's pelvic health research and treatment.

We commonly help men experiencing prostatitis and chronic pelvic pain, urinary urgency and leakage, prostate surgery prehab and rehab, erectile dysfunction, Peyronie's disease, hard-flaccid syndrome, testicular or penile pain, pain with ejaculation, pudendal neuralgia, tailbone pain, SI joint dysfunction, groin pain, constipation, post-surgical recovery, and more.

If you've been told your tests are "normal" but still don't feel like yourself, we're here to provide answers, a plan, and a path forward.

ETHOS

  • The pelvic floor doesn’t function in isolation—it’s deeply connected to the way your entire body moves, stabilizes, and responds. From posture and breathing patterns to core and sensory profiles, these connections play a critical role in both the cause and resolution of your symptoms.

  • We don’t just treat symptoms—we identify and resolve their source.

True rehabilitation begins with understanding the why. That’s why our approach starts with a comprehensive, head-to-toe assessment to uncover the underlying drivers of your symptoms—looking beyond the pelvis to the full picture.

  • Our highly trained pelvic floor specialists combine clinical expertise with a deeply empathetic approach, delivering personalized care for all genders. Every treatment plan is thoughtfully tailored to your body, your needs, and your goals.

  • "It’s not often you find a clinician who takes the time to assess you holistically in the physical sense but also one that takes your lifestyle into consideration."

    -M.M

  • "Dr. Jackie truly saved my life. She is, without question, the best pelvic floor therapist I could have ever hoped for."

  • "What makes Pelvic Connections special is that they don't just treat symptoms; they genuinely want to help you heal as a whole person and find the driver of your condition."

working with us looks like…

At Pelvic Connections, our highly skilled therapists provide treatment to the whole body with expertise in women’s and men’s pelvic health, pregnancy & postpartum recovery, transgender care, dry needling, orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation to help you resolve your symptoms and to live a better and more active life.

Physical and occupational therapy, especially pelvic therapy, should not be scary or overwhelming - this is why we will meet you where you are as we design your plan of care for pelvic therapy.

  • Connect with us via phone, email, or through our contact form to schedule your initial evaluation. We will be sure to answer any of your questions and pick out the best day and time for your schedule.

  • Take time to tell us your story during our one-on-one evaluation appointment. You are typically with us for about an hour. We promise we want to hear all the details so we know where to focus our attention during our hands-on assessment.

  • Get started with your care plan designed by your therapist. We will utilize a variety of treatment approaches to help resolve your issues and establish a routine that fits your lifestyle.

  • Start experiencing relief & building habits that will make your symptom resolution last. Know your flare busting plan & start adding back in all the things you love or have been avoiding, without fear of regression. We will deliberately tell you what this process looks like and how we will know when it is time to move into the next phase, or when to challenge or load your symptoms once they have calmed.

  • We prioritize one-on-one appointments to ensure you dedicated time with your pelvic therapist. There will never be other distractions or people during this appointment time, it is reserved solely for you.

  • You will stay with one therapist the whole appointment.‍ ‍We do not utilize aides or assistants. We believe watching you move is just as important as the hand-on components of therapy.

At Pelvic Connections, you'll spend your entire appointment with one therapist. We don't want you repeating your story to multiple providers, and we deeply value the trust, comfort, and therapeutic relationship that begins on day one.

You are welcome to work exclusively with one clinician or collaborate with multiple members of our team—whatever feels right for you. Our therapists meet regularly for clinical case discussions and collaborative problem-solving, allowing you to benefit from the expertise of our entire team while maintaining continuity of care.

We like to say, "many brains are better than one." The choice is always yours, but rest assured that whether you're working with one therapist or several, your care will be coordinated, personalized, and centered around your goals.

Each of our clinical experts have extensive training in the evaluation and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunctions.

  • You won't find a cold and sterile-feeling doctor's office. We have created a warm, inviting clinic including hot coffee and tea in the waiting area with cozy seating throughout for all bodies. Our treatment rooms have a variety of comfort options including heated beds, real soft linens instead of table paper, blankets, bolsters, wedges, and more.

We truly hope you feel right at home while you are here!

What our patients are saying

“After 9 years going from doctor to doctor, I finally found someone who listened, educated me and helped me make sense of what was going on in my body.

We worked together for 6 months & I was able to eliminate the pain I'd had daily for 9 years. To say this was a godsend, a blessing would be an understatement.”
